Cardiosculp
Step One: Awareness.
Around my mid-forties, I gained a lot of weight, like everyone else in “general”. This resulted in my silhouette taking a big hit.
So I decided to enroll in a gym where I started to practice personal cardiovascular training as well as strength training.
Although I practiced these two exercises intensively, I only lost a little weight after three years, about 6.5 kg or 14 pounds.
Unfortunately for the next seven years, I only stagnated in my weight and I did not manage to lose any more weight.
So in 2009, I decided to hire a personal trainer and after a more intense training, under his supervision, I started to lose weight again, but slightly. After each weight training, I began my cardiovascular training on the elliptical machine.
I was pleased to see that I started to lose weight again, although slightly but at the same time I noticed that my buttocks and thigh muscles were beginning to lose their firmness.
As a result of this finding, I began to increase the inclination and resistance every two to three days during my training on the elliptical machine in order to boost the workout of these two muscle groups.
Unfortunately, at the end of two weeks, I reached the maximum on the elliptical machine both of inclination “20” and of resistance “20”. One evening, in February 2010, I was doing my cardio-elliptical training and was watching the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games.
At that time, I was watching the speed skating event. I was fascinated by the skaters and especially the firmness and beauty of their buttock muscles and thighs.
It was at that moment that I realized that the movements made by the speed skaters can be applied in the cardio-elliptical training. From that day on I took the position of the speed skaters, still on the elliptical machine and I started to practice the same movements as they do.
It was at this time that the cardiosculptdeliab method was born.
Once you practice the cardio-elliptical without holding the handlebar or the bars, you have the freedom of all your movements of the arms, the legs and the whole body.
